Refund Policy

1. Overview

We offer a no-questions-asked 14-day refund from the date of initial purchase for all TermLink Pro purchases. Within 14 days you may request a full refund for any reason.

Purchases are made through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, so refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy once we approve them — and Lemon Squeezy is the name you will see on your card statement and receipt.

2. Eligibility

  • Refunds are available for any reason within 14 days of the initial purchase.
  • After 14 days, refunds are not available.
  • The Free plan costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund — you can simply stop using it.

3. How to Request a Refund

  • Email contact@n2computing.com with the email address you purchased with and your Lemon Squeezy order ID (it is on your receipt).
  • Requests received within 14 days are refunded in full.
  • We typically respond within 2 business days.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by bank or card provider, and typically take 5–10 business days.

5. Cancellation

Cancelling is separate from a refund. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the web client — it stops the next renewal and you keep Pro until the end of the billing period you already paid for.
