Terms and Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TermLink (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
TermLink is a session manager for Claude Code and other terminal work, provided by BT Computing. It lets you:
- Register your own machines with the TermLink host CLI and reach their terminals from a browser or phone
- Watch a running Claude Code session, type into it, and answer its prompts remotely
- Keep several agent sessions across different machines in one list
- Auto-confirm Claude Code permission prompts with Auto-Yes, an opt-in per-session toggle
The agent and the terminal run on your machine. TermLink relays the session so you can reach it; it does not execute your commands on our infrastructure.
3. Your Responsibilities
3.1 Prohibited activities
- Using the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
- Registering or connecting to machines you are not authorized to access
- Attempting to reach another user’s machines or sessions
- Transmitting malicious code or interfering with the operation of the relay
- Violating any applicable law or regulation
3.2 Your machines and your commands
- You are responsible for what runs on the machines you register, and for keeping the accounts and data on them backed up and secure.
- You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure. Anyone who can sign in as you can reach your machines.
- Auto-Yes is a convenience, not a safety feature. It confirms the highlighted option on a permission prompt without judging the command. You remain fully responsible for anything an agent does while it is enabled.
4. Service Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. The relay may be temporarily unavailable due to:
- Scheduled maintenance
- Technical issues beyond our control
- Third-party service outages
- Force majeure events
5. Privacy and Data Protection
- We collect your email address, name, and profile picture from Google Sign-In for account management.
- We never receive SSH keys or passwords for your machines — hosts dial out to the relay.
- Terminal input and output are relayed in memory and not logged, stored, or reviewed.
- Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
6. Payment and Billing
6.1 Free plan
- Reach your own machines from any browser, at no cost
- Auto-Yes for permission prompts
- Viewing sessions capped at two hours at a time
6.2 Pro plan
- $9 per month
- No session time limit, unlimited registered machines, team and shared access, priority support
- Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the web client, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
6.3 Merchant of record
Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record for every TermLink purchase. Lemon Squeezy runs the checkout, charges your card, issues your invoice, and collects any applicable VAT or sales tax — so their name, not ours, appears on your card statement. Your card details are given to Lemon Squeezy and are never stored on our servers, and your purchase is also subject to Lemon Squeezy’s terms.
7. Refunds
We offer a no-questions-asked 14-day refund from the date of initial purchase. Request one within 14 days and we issue a full refund; after that, refunds are not available. See the Refund Policy for how to request one.
8. Third Parties and Trademarks
TermLink is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Anthropic. Claude and Claude Code are trademarks of Anthropic, PBC, and “for Claude Code” describes compatibility only. Running Claude Code through TermLink is subject to Anthropic’s own terms, and you need your own Claude Code access — a TermLink subscription does not include it.
9. Automated Service
TermLink is an automated software service. We do not provide human-driven or manual services as part of the product, and no human reviews your terminal sessions. Our support team may help with account and billing questions.
10. Limitation of Liability
BT Computing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Service. This includes anything a command or an agent — with or without Auto-Yes enabled — does on your own machine.
In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
- You may cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time.
- We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms.
- On termination, access to the Service ends and we delete your account data within 30 days.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these terms. Significant changes are announced by email or in the web client, and continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the new terms.

14. Governing Law
